Job Title:Production Technician Location:Swiftwater, PA About the Job Join a global network that powers how Sanofi delivers -- seamlessly, purposefully, and at scale.In Manufacturing & Supply, you'll help reimagine how life-changing treatments reach people everywhere, faster.The Swiftwater site is in northeast Pennsylvania and is home to the production of over 120 million doses of injectables that help prevent diseases and enhance patients' quality of life.Our teams follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and procedures while working in a fast-paced team environment.Sanofi Benefits Include the Following:Onsite Gym Onsite Cafeteria Onsite Health and Wellness Center Immediate benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off including company holidays 401k company match Development opportunities including mentorship and tuition reimbursement Involvement and engagement opportunities in Employee Resource Groups (ERG) that touch both local and global networks The production technician is the heartbeat of the manufacturing facilities and is responsible for the high quality and efficient production of our injectables in accordance with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) for all relevant regulatory agencies (e.g.FDA).Positions within production facilities may change based off of business needs and seasonality.About Sanofi:We're an R&D-driven, AI-powered biopharma company committed to improving people's lives and delivering compelling growth.Our deep understanding of the immune system - and innovative pipeline - enables us to invent medicines and vaccines that treat and protect millions of people around the world.Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives.Main Responsibilities:Supports area Cleaning Entering/Verifying EM plates as needed to support Production Schedule Supports area production activities such as cleaning Monitoring, preparation, cleaning and sterilization of Skids and Portable Tanks, Sonicating parts, and Filter testing.Ordering from Warehouse to support schedule Work Orders as need, placement of inventory to stock accurately Ensures Production samples, Water/Clean Steam Samples are taken, documented, and delivered on time Compounds Buffer in accordance with procedures Completes all Batch Record/eBR requirements accurately Cross training on tank and prep teams Focus on quality and safety of teammates, processes, products, equipment, and documentation Ability to work in both an individual and team environment Is trained according to all training assignments Your individual contributions will drive collective business goals which ultimately help patients Completes tasks and corresponding documentation as required by cGMP Ability to lift between 1 to 50 pounds per health center Regulatory audit understanding and awareness About You Education:High school diploma or GED required, associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.Experience:6months of prior manufacturing/warehouse work experience and/or college degree.Work experience may be used in lieu of college degree.Veterans who served in the US military on active duty and/or National Guard member who have receive honourable or general discharge and/or medical discharge.Soft skills:Cooperates willingly with colleagues, establishes rapport in a friendly and courteous manner.Maintains positive working relationships and is willing to help others.Technical skills:Basic computer skills and previous production experience preferred.Languages:Reading, writing, comprehension, communication in English is preferred, but all multi-lingual languages welcomed.You are professional, detail-oriented, coachable, and a trainable person who thrives in a fast-paced team environment.Involvement and engagement opportunities in Employee Resource Groups (ERG) that touch both local and global networks Why Choose Us?
