Emergency Restoration Technician This position provides emergency restoration and disaster recovery services to residential and commercial customers following assigned work orders and all company policies and procedures. Roles and responsibilities - including but not limited to: Water extraction and mitigation Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration Microbial remediation Vandalism, crime scene and biohazard clean up Demolition Content handling Equipment set-up/take down Participate in on-call rotation after hours and weekends Provide the highest level of customer service Education - Experience Requirements: One year of restoration industry experience preferred but not required Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and tight places Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and lift a minimum of 50 pounds Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation Must pass a background check Compensation: Starting hourly wage is $16-20/hr. depending on experience.
