Job Overview The primary responsibilities of this role will be to build and assemble products per specific instructions.Accuracy, efficiency and safety are paramount to the success of this role.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:Shifts 5:00am- 3:30pm Monday - Thursday, Fridays off unless OT if offered.Duties Post accurate time clock entries.Ensure quality items are being produced in a timely fashion.Ability to learn wide range of skills including but not limited to hand assembly and competency using variety of machinery including saws, notchers, viking, etc.contribute to the production team:help organize and clean work areas.Always ask if anything is unclear, misunderstood, seems out- of- place, or is unsafe in any way.Effectively communicate needs, ideas and questions with Team Members and Managers, to ensure operational efficiency at all times.Understand the expectations of workplace safety and use good judgement to create an injury- free workplace.Requirements High School diploma or equivalent.Pre-employment screenings.Forklift experience.Attention to detail.Ability to effectively work individually and/or in a team environment.Comfortable working in heavy machinery environment.Ability to respond to frequent demands of customers.Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.Stand on feet for duration of shift.Pay:From $15.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
