Duration:Contract 4MonthsShift:6am to 2pm, Monday - FridayCorn seed bagging and palletizing.Soybean seed treating, bagging, and palletizing.Must be able to follow direction & perform repetitive production activities.Must be able to interpret and follow written production orders including quantities, lot numbers, and labels.All training and instructions typically given on the job.Proficiency is attained in a short time on the job.Skills:Excellent Punctuality.Solid communication skills.Great interpersonal skills.Flexible.Strong attention to detail.Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos.Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations.Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds.Basic Math.Ability to work on feet for prolonged periods of time in a fast paced environment.Knowledge:Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines.Knowledge of basic math, counting, etc.Education:high school diploma or equivalent Steel Toed Shoes Required.REQUIRED BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG TEST MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE CANDIDATE STARTS THE ASSIGNM.
