Career Start is seeking Production Workers in Batavia, NY.The Production worker is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by meeting production goals and ensuring on-time order fulfilment to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Pay of Production Workers:$16.50/HR 1st Shift:Monday through Friday 7 AM to 330 PM Responsibilities of Production Workers: Perform a range of assembly operations to produce finished products or components. Operate on the production line to meet daily output and quality targets Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Keep workstations and production areas clean and organized Adhere to production guidelines, processes, and specifications Inspect, complete, and package finished products for shipment Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory handling and control Communicate effectively with team members regarding processes, issues, or special requirements Work independently or as part of a team, depending on operational needs Comply with all company policies and procedures Requirements of Production Workers: Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Basic math skills Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, stretching, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
