Production Worker

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join a growing production team.This position plays a key role in manufacturing high-quality products while supporting continuous improvement and efficient operations.Responsibilities Operate and monitor light-duty manufacturing equipment Support the production team while managing individual machine tasks Troubleshoot basic equipment or production issues Follow detailed instructions and production specifications Maintain clear and accurate communication Assist with general production duties as needed Lift and move materials throughout the shift Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Ability to read and understand basic instructions or specifications Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Basic math and computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable and team-oriented Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Schedule Monday - Thursday 9:30 AM - 8:00 PM Full-time Perks & Benefits Competitive starting pay 3-day weekends (Friday-Sunday off) Opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience Team-oriented work environment Potential for growth and advancement Pay:From $14.75 per hour Benefits:Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
