Production Workers - Full-Time Kistner Concrete Products, Inc.is a family-owned company that has proudly served Upstate New York with high-quality precast concrete products for generations.Learn more about us:Website:www.Kistner.comYouTube:www.youtube.com/@kistnerconcreteproductsinc286 Position Overview We are currently seeking Production Workers to join our team.The ideal candidates are self-motivated, dependable individuals with positive attitudes who can work both independently and collaboratively to meet production goals.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.Schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Overtime available as needed) Key Responsibilities Mold Setup, Pouring & Cleanup o Remove curing tarps, open molds, and strip finished products o Clean and prepare molds and surrounding work areas o Install reinforcement and close molds o Pour and finish concrete o Clean and reset molds and cover for curing Standards & Quality o Follow company procedures and industry standards to produce high-quality products o Read and interpret shop drawings and work instructions Equipment Operation o Safely operate basic hand and power tools Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment Preferred Experience Manufacturing or construction experience (or similar hands-on work) Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math Blueprint reading experience Location Requirement Must be local to or willing to commute to Lockport, NY (no relocation offered) Why Work With Us Stable, family-owned company Consistent weekday schedule Opportunities for overtime Hands-on, team-oriented environment Kistner Concrete Products, Inc.is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).Pay:$19.00 - $20.50 per hour Benefits:401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Referral program People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Ability to Commute:Lockport, NY 14094 (Required) Work Location:In person.
