Production Worker

Production Worker New Castle Stainless produces high-quality stainless steel plate.The plant operates furnaces for prior and subsequent heat treatment, and all the necessary equipment for plate finishing, including shot blasting and pickling (acid cleaning), shearing and plasma cutting in addition to flattening and inspection.Employees are currently working a four (4) ten (10) hour shift schedule, Monday through Thursday.Day Shift - 5:30 am to 3:30 pm Afternoon Shift - 3:30 pm to 1:30 am Pay Rate:$25.94 - $33.40 - 18-month wage progression Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.Responsibilities:Maintain and operate industrial equipment Maintain and operate mobile equipment - Forklifts & Cranes Maintain all Environmental Health and Safety requirements Job Type:Full-time Pay:$25.94 - $33.40 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Ability to Commute:New Castle, IN 47362 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate:New Castle, IN 47362:Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
