Production Worker

We are seeking dependable Production Workers to join our manufacturing team.This role is responsible for assisting in the production process by operating equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities Operate basic production and assembly equipment Load and unload materials and finished products Inspect products for quality and defects Follow production schedules and work instructions Maintain a clean and safe work area Meet productivity and safety standards Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing as needed Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation) Basic attention to detail and quality control Willingness to follow safety procedures and company policies Reliable attendance and punctuality No prior experience required (training provided) Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts if required Pay:$21.80 - $26.30 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
