Food Production Associate - 1st & 2nd Shift Location:Milaca, MN 1st Shift:6:30 AM - 5:00 PM $17/hr 2nd Shift:11:00 AM - 9:30 PM $18/hr Schedule:Monday-Thursday (with potential overtime) We're looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join a fast-paced food production team.This role is ideal for someone who works well with others, follows instructions carefully, and can stay positive and productive throughout the shift.What You'll Do Prepare tools, equipment, and workstations at the start of each shift Operate or assist with production machinery to keep workflow steady Maintain quality standards and report any issues immediately Work in a cold environment while handling food products Stay active--lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move throughout your shift Work independently or in a team to meet daily production goals Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times Requirements Ability to work 10-hour shifts (Monday-Thursday) Comfortable working in a cold production environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks Must be comfortable working with and handling different types of meat products as part of the production process.Good attitude, reliability, and strong attention to instructions APPLY NOW! #nowhiring.
