Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hutto, TX, for a Products and Services Support Technician. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support for products and services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The technician will address customer inquiries, provide hands-on problem resolution, and work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve technical challenges. The role involves direct customer interaction and requires a proactive approach to maintaining high service standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Product Support and Technical Support Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction focus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to address customer inquiries Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment Background in technical fields or industries is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or training preferred
