About the Opportunity :The Professional (360) Recruiter role is centered on direct hire business development and recruitment across multiple professional areas. The position entails establishing and nurturing key relationships with clients and candidates to build talent pipelines and deliver top-tier hires. This role is critical for driving business growth and supporting the organization''s professional practice at a national level . Responsibilitie s:• Manage full-cycle business development, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities through emails, distribution lists, and cold callin g.• Expand client base and revenue by developing new business relationship s.• Maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and ensure satisfactio n.• Network with professionals and generate leads through cold calling and email outreac h.• Conduct full-cycle recruiting activities for direct hire professional positions, from research to offer management and closin g.• Develop and execute candidate sourcing strategies to build a talent pipelin e.• Create and implement sales plans and strategies to secure new business and grow existing account s.• Establish consistent marketing and recruiting routines to meet performance goal s. Requiremen ts:• Experience in sales, preferably within staffing, including new account generati on.• Full-desk direct hire recruiting experience, ideally in executive sear ch.• Background in professional placements, particularly in Engineering, Accounting and Finance, or General Business Servic es.• Proven talent sourcing and pipeline building skills using various too ls.• Ability to manage professional relationships at all organizational leve ls.• Strong sales skills, including objection handling and deal closu re.• Experience negotiating placement fe es.• Excellent verbal and written communication skil ls.• Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Indeed, Leopards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Z ip.• Experience with Bullhorn is advantageo us. Pay Range and Compensation Pack age:• The anticipated draw for this position is $65,000, excluding other compensation components or benef its.• Actual base salary depends on qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and locat ion.
