Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Professional Cleaning Technician to join our team. Paid on a per-job basis. Pay starts at $18/hr during training and increases to $20/hr once fully trained. Starting hours are approximately 20-30 hours per week, with the opportunity for more as we grow. Hours or operation are 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday–Saturday. What You’ll Be Doing Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including floors, windows, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to promote health and safety Restock supplies like paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper Follow established cleaning checklists and schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency Work independently and collaboratively with team members Be flexible to work varying shifts and locations based on client needs Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or workplace incidents promptly to management Handle cleaning chemicals safely and follow all health and safety regulations Maintain records of cleaning activities and supply usage as needed Ensure all spaces meet company quality standards What We’re Looking For Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up for your team and our clients Strong attention to detail and pride in producing thorough, high-quality work Friendly and professional demeanor Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently while following instructions carefully Excited to be part of a growing small business and contribute to its success Experience is a plus but not required, we provide hands-on training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
