The Requirements To maintain our reputation for excellence, we require: Professional Foundation: Graduate of a recognized grooming academy (Nash, Paragon, PetSmart/Petco Academy, etc.) OR 3years of professional grooming experience in a high-volume salon. Technical Mastery: Expertise in hand-scissoring, breed-standard patterns, and modern Teddy Bear styles. Safety First: A deep understanding of canine anatomy, skin/coat health, and professional handling techniques.
