SD Sparkle Cleaning Co. – San Diego, CA Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on performance & reliability) Schedule: Part-time to Full-time | Primarily Weekdays Location: San Diego County (travel between jobs required) About SD Sparkle SD Sparkle is a growing, high-standard residential and short-term rental cleaning company in San Diego. Responsibilities Residential and move-out cleaning Short-term rental (Airbnb) turnovers Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and detailed finishing work Following SD Sparkle cleaning standards and checklists Working independently or as part of a small team Qualifications Reliable and punctual (very important to us) Strong attention to detail Physically able to clean for several hours Comfortable working in occupied and vacant homes Able to follow instructions and checklists Positive attitude and willingness to learn Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people Requirements Valid driver’s license Reliable transportation Smartphone for scheduling and communication Authorized to work in the U.S. Why Join SD Sparkle?
