Overview We are seeking Front of House positions: Hosts to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong background in hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their tables Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Provide guests with menus and offer assistance in making selections Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area Assist servers and kitchen staff as needed Ensure compliance with food safety regulations Qualifications: Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred Knowledge of banquet or fine dining service is a plus Familiarity with food safety standards Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer needs Proficiency in cash handling and retail math Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude If you are looking to be part of a dynamic team that values excellence in customer service, this role is perfect for you.
