We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and professional full-time nanny to care for our two young children and help maintain a well-organized home environment.This role is ideal for a career nanny who takes pride in their work, is proactive, and values structure, cleanliness, and consistency.Our goal is to find someone who will become a trusted, long-term part of our family, providing excellent care to our children while helping keep our home running smoothly day-to-day.Responsibilities:Childcare (Primary Focus) Provide attentive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate care for two young children Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities (play, reading, outdoor time, etc.) Maintain household rules and general schedule/routine in the home Maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured environment Assist with daily routines including meals, naps, and transitions Household Support (Related to Children & Daily Flow) Children's laundry (washing, folding, and putting away) Keep children's rooms, play areas, and common spaces tidy and organized Assist with light meal prep for children Reset the home during the day so that it is organized and as it was when the day began Help maintain overall household flow (toys put away, surfaces reset, etc.) Note:This is not a heavy housekeeping role, but we do value someone who takes initiative in keeping things organized and running smoothly.Qualifications Prior full-time nanny experience (or similar experience preferred) Professional, dependable, and highly organized Warm, engaging, and attentive with children Proactive and able to take initiative without constant direction Strong communication skills Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a structured home environment CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Clean driving record & dependable transportation References Job Type:Full-time Pay:$11.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours:50 per week Application Question(s):Are you ok with a poodle ausie mix dog being in the home?
