Duties Assess clients’ spaces and develop tailored organization plans that improve flow, accessibility, and aesthetics Implement effective storage solutions and decluttering strategies to optimize living areas Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs and delivering personalized solutions with enthusiasm. Assist clients during the decluttering process. Sort through clients’ belongings to determine what items they’d like to keep, donate, and discard. Qualifications Organization skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive communication style Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in diverse client settings No previous professional organizing experience required Teachable attitude with a willingness to learn new organizational methods Strong work ethic with a desire to perform job at a high level Ability to lift heavy objects Prior experience in hotel industry or property management enhances understanding of service excellence and operational efficiency, but is not required.
