About the role We're a custom remodeler (not one-day remodels).Projects involve real waterproofing, tile/glass, and coordination with plumbing/electrical.We provide a steady monthly flow of qualified appointments and maintain a strong kept-appointment rate.You run the in-home consult, measure, present Good/Better/Best (with financing), and close.Clear pricing guardrails and quick owner approvals keep you moving.What you'll do Run scheduled in-home consultations (we set most appointments) Measure, photo, and scope; discuss Kerdi vs.traditional methods, tile layouts, glass swing/lighting, fixtures Send written proposals same-day/next-day; perform structured follow-ups Protect margin inside published price bands & GP floors; escalate exceptions for fast approval Handoff clean jobs to production (organized notes, selections status, measurements) What you bring Proven residential sales success (remodeling/home services) with references Working knowledge of bathroom/kitchen remodel components (waterproofing, tile, fixtures, ventilation; basic plumbing/electrical constraints) Organized, responsive, and comfortable with simple CRM tools Availability for 2 evenings/week and occasional Saturday AM; reliable vehicle and laser/tape measure Compensation (high level) Commission on revenue for company-provided appointments; higher rate for self-sourced deals Optional short recoverable draw for the right candidate Two-stage payout (at deposit and at job start/production handoff) Clear GP floors, revenue caps, and structured follow-up standards to keep things fair and predictable (Exact figures shared in interview.)
