COMPENSATION for this location: Training Pay: $20.00 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission) After Training: Base pay $13.50 per hour + commission on uncapped written sales - 1%- 6% in commissions on monthly sales based on sales achievement vs goal – commission % increases as performance to goal increases. La Z Boy will not pay less than state/local minimum wage requirements.
