Job Description
UPMC East is seeking an experienced Professional Staff Nurse to join our Resource Pool. This full-time position (36 hours per week) is ideal for experienced nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are confident providing high-quality care across multiple inpatient units. The core schedule consists of three 12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m.). Candidates will complete approximately six weeks of training on daylight and/or evening shifts during unit orientation. Upon successful completion of training, nurses will transition into the Night Program schedule. As a Resource Pool nurse, you'll apply your clinical expertise where it's needed most and broaden your skill set-while earning an additional 10% Resource Pool differential added to your base rate . $20,000 Sign on Bonus available for eligible candidates.
