ABOUT US Creative Consulting is a New York-based business that serves both students and artists. We offer coaching (writing guidance, professional development, academic skills, etc.) for high school and college students, and strategy (branding, pricing, feedback, etc.) for artists. Creative Consulting helps artists and students through one-on-one appointments, virtual masterclasses, events, and a variety of resources. OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Program Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will work closely with the founder to deliver effective program support. Your passion, precision, and proactive approach will help maintain the workplace environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your skills in program execution, communication, and outreach. Duties Coordinate student and artist services from onboarding to completion Help organize workshops, masterclasses, events, and creative initiatives Manage communication with students, artists, collaborators, and clients Track program timelines and follow-ups Assist with launching and maintaining digital products, merch, and online offerings Support content planning and coordination for social media and marketing Maintain organized systems, documents, and internal workflows Help improve client experience and community engagement Collaborate with the Administrative Coordinator to keep operations efficient Represent Creative Consulting at virtual and in-person events Assist with special projects and business development initiatives as needed QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of High School Diploma; College preferred Minimum 2 years relevant experience Can manage multiple moving pieces without getting overwhelmed Understands both professionalism and creative culture Comfortable working independently and collaboratively HOURS Part-time: 20+ hours/week Full-time: up to 40 hours/week WHY JOIN US This role is a chance to support a mission-driven creative educational business where your organization and communication skills directly impact students and artists.
