This role provides administrative, logistical, and outreach support, helping ensure programs run efficiently, meet compliance standards, and effectively serve the community. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and support program activities, meetings, events, and outreach efforts Maintain accurate records, databases, and program documentation Track deliverables, deadlines, and reporting requirements Assist with data collection, reporting, and performance monitoring to support program improvement Engage with community partners, stakeholders, and participants to support program goals Represent JCPH at community events and public forums Support culturally responsive, community-driven programming Assist with budget tracking, grant support, and compliance reporting Prepare reports for leadership, funders, and stakehold
