Program Coordinator

As a part-time program coordinator, you will ensure that the Women of Valor in Training achieves its intended outcomes and is valuable to the clients we serve. Responsibilities Perform interviews for clients Detail a plan for each client‘s success Assist in finding volunteers Match coaches with clients Maintain a schedule for each client Keep a detailed record of all happenings Handle any conflict within your ability Build and maintain a trusting and professional relationship with volunteers, partners, and landlords Characteristics of a Program Cordinator Self-motivated and able to work independently Empathetic and compassionate Able to motivate others High-integrity and trustworthy Able to maintain a calm environment under pressure Qualifications Trauma-informed trained preferred Strong active listening skills Proven ability to coordinate and delegate efficiently Highly organized with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
