Title: Program Manager Location: Lisle, IL (On-site, 4 days a week) Duration: 6 Months Contract to hire About the Role We're looking for a hands on Program Manager to drive execution across high visibility initiatives. This role is for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action, aligning teams, managing dependencies, and keeping complex work moving forward. You'll operate at the program and portfolio level, partnering closely with delivery, product, and business leaders to ensure initiatives stay on track and deliver real outcomes. What You'll Do Lead planning and execution across multiple initiatives Own milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery accountability Partner with delivery teams, Product Owners, and business stakeholders Proactively manage risks, issues, and execution blockers Provide clear status, forecasts, and insights to leadership Keep teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and outcomes What We're Looking For Program Manager or senior delivery leadership experience Proven success managing large, cross-functional initiatives Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable operating above the team level Clear, confident communicator who drives alignment and momentum Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving priorities Work Environment Onsite 4 days/week in Lisle, IL Collaborative, delivery-focused culture High-visibility initiatives with real business impact
