The position manages department Senior Project Managers and Project Managers in general engineering activities related to the planning, budgeting, and design of drainage projects throughout the Marion County Stormwater District. This position requires a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. Critical and swift decisions will sometimes have to be made without the guidance or benefit of direct supervision. Decisions can impact the City of Indianapolis, City officials and policies. Position reports to the Stormwater Administrator.
