Job Description The Program Manager is responsible for leading assigned programs from concept through closeout, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost, and quality. This role is highly collaborative, working closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance to drive program execution, maintain customer alignment, and control risks throughout the lifecycle. The Program Manager also supports proposals, pricing, forecasting, contract changes, and longterm strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Lead crossfunctional execution of programs, ensuring performance to customer and internal requirements. Serve as primary customer interface, managing communication, expectations, and program reviews. Oversee budgets, schedules, risks, and contract compliance while driving continuous improvement.
