NOW HIRING: Program & Operations Coordinator The Pet Cottage — Jupiter Farms, FL Location: Jupiter Farms, FL (Sanctuary-based) Type: Full-time, Hourly Pay: $18–$21/hour, commensurate with experience Schedule: Varies based on sanctuary needs About The Pet Cottage The Pet Cottage is a sanctuary for pets who lose their person due to death, disability, or deployment. Through our Lifelong Guardianship Program, we make a Forever Promise to every pet — ensuring lifelong care, safety, and placement in loving homes. About This Role The Program & Operations Coordinator works alongside the Executive Director to keep The Pet Cottage running with the heart and consistency our pets and Guardians deserve. This is not a desk job — it's for someone who loves animals, thrives on variety, takes initiative, and finds real satisfaction in being the person who makes everything work. Key Responsibilities Executive & Operational Support Serve as the Executive Director's right hand — anticipate needs, follow through, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. Program Coordination Keep the Lifelong Guardianship Program running with consistency and care — managing logistics, records, and Guardian communications. Sanctuary Team Member Work daily in an active dog sanctuary — knowing the animals, stepping in where needed, and bringing calm to a fast-paced environment. You're a Great Fit If You Are...
