Job Title Summary Performs schedule analysis in support of assigned programs or projects. Ensures major projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality. Tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts. Utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines. May lead or participate in scheduling status reviews. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years of prior related experience. Experience with Program Scheduling Software (Deltek Open Plan, MS Project, Primavera, or other scheduling tool). Accuracy and attention to details are essential and must be able to work well with others, work independently, and respond to short deadlines. Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role. Preferred Skills Deltek Open Plan experience DoD/EIA-748 Earned Value Management familiarity/experience. DCMA EVM Audits and Surveillance Agile Development experience. Software PC skills including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word & Power Point. Experience with DELTEK COBRA, CostPoint, and MRP systems. Good communication skills required. Security Responsibilities Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources. Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance. Work Environment Duties performed in an office environment and manufacturing facility. Must be able to work overtime on and off-shifts as required. The employee is on call 24x7 for the resolution of problems and issues.
