Program Security Officer

ManTech International seeks a Program Security Officer to support mission-critical Defense & Aerospace programs within our Security & Law Enforcement department. In this role, you will manage all aspects of program security—personnel, physical, information, and classified material—ensuring strict compliance with NISPOM, ICDs, and customer directives. You will develop and enforce security plans and SOPs, oversee security education, support audits and incident response, and collaborate with program and government stakeholders to protect sensitive national security information in a fast-paced, innovation-driven culture grounded in integrity and respect.
