Job Description
Job Title ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Interpret work orders and direct the crew about the job scope, tools and materials required. Perform home diagnostic testing, such as blower door, duct blaster, room balancing, worst case combustion testing, combustion appliance testing, and other indoor air quality testing to assure home is safe for the occupant. Oversee pipeline management from intake through project completion. Review scopes of work, cost estimates, and project timelines for accuracy and feasibility. Ensure quality control standards are maintained across all projects. Address complex construction or homeowner issues and approve change orders as necessary. Serve as liaison between the organization and funding agencies, local governments, contractors, and community partners. Support outreach efforts to promote program awareness and participation. Present program updates to boards, councils, or executive leadership as needed. Install and oversee the installation of weatherization measures, such as preparing an attic for insulation installation. Install house fans, repair heating ducts, air sealing, insulating, removing and installing doors and windows, weather stripping, etc. as required by job work order. Performs in depth Energy Audits and safety inspections in customer homes for weatherization and home repair. Complete job reporting requirements. Operate Agency vehicle, driving defensively to transport crew and materials to job sites in a safe manner following agency policies and safety procedures. Coordinate, organize, and participate in on-site weatherization and home repair work. Act responsibly to protect and maintain confidential information. Prepare equipment inventory and gasoline usage reports along with minor maintenance repairs, as required. Evaluate j
