Job Description
Lutheran Social Services seeks a Program Supervisor to lead community and social service programs that support individuals and families in need. This role provides day-to-day supervision of staff, ensures high-quality, client-centered services, oversees compliance and documentation, and supports program development and outcomes tracking. The Program Supervisor collaborates with community partners, manages program budgets, and advances LSS’s mission-driven, faith-based values of dignity, inclusion, and social justice in all aspects of service delivery and team leadership.
