Job Summary We are seeking a Project Accountant responsible for end-to-end financial management, billing, administrative coordination, and compliance support across assigned projects. This role partners closely with Project Managers and cross functional teams to ensure accurate client billing, effective budget tracking, reliable forecasting, and timely month end close activities. The Project Accountant supports project setup and ongoing administration, oversees contract and subcontractor compliance, reviews expenses and invoices, and resolves variances while ensuring adherence to contractual terms, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. This role also contributes to financial reporting, audits, and ad hoc analysis to support informed project and leadership decision-making. This position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
