Job Title: Project Admin Specialist Location: St. Louis, MO 63103 Employment Type: W2 Contract, 6 Month Contract with possibility for extensions Pay Rate: $38.00 – $44.00/hour (based on experience) Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Hybrid – primarily Onsite) Note: This is a W2 Contract only role - C2C, C2H will not be considered Role Overview: BEPC is seeking a Project Admin Specialist to support a Technical Project Manager (TPM) on a Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) project. This role blends strong administrative expertise with project coordination in a construction or engineering environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing documentation, meetings, and project tracking within complex project environments. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule project meetings , including stakeholder communication and calendar management Capture detailed meeting minutes and convert them into actionable logs Maintain and track action items and decision logs , ensuring timely follow-up Manage and update project documentation , including risk registers, change logs, and dashboards Support development and updates of project charters and governance documents Prepare and distribute status reports, presentations, and project updates Ensure proper document control, versioning, and record management Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, finance, construction) Ensure adherence to project standards and organizational policies Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc project tasks Qualifications: Proven experience in project administration within construction or CAPEX environments Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications: Experience with project management tools or ERP systems Familiarity with change management and governance processes Experience with risk tracking and project documentation Background in construction or engineering project environments
