Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Location: Providence, RI (hybrid - in-office 3 days per week) Compensation: $75,000 – $90,000 About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project & Operations Coordinator to work closely with our CEO and help keep key business priorities moving forward. This is a hands-on role focused on execution—managing systems, coordinating projects, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys being the person who keeps things on track and gets things done. What You’ll Do Manage and maintain key business systems (including Salesforce or similar tools) Track and support projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines are met Help manage contracts and documentation (NDAs, agreements, etc.) Organize and improve internal processes and workflows Coordinate across teams to keep priorities moving forward Prepare updates, reports, and materials for leadership What We’re Looking For 2–5+ years of experience in operations, coordination, or a similar role Experience working with systems like Salesforce or other CRM tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks Comfortable working closely with leadership and taking direction Nice to Have Experience supporting contracts or documentation workflows Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization Exposure to executive or leadership support Work Environment Hybrid role based in Providence, RI (3 days per week in-office) Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Why This Role This is an opportunity to work closely with company leadership and have a direct impact on how the business operates day-to-day.
