Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Project Architect to lead innovative architectural projects from conception through completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape inspiring spaces, manage complex design processes, and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver exceptional results. As a key driver of project success, the Project Architect will leverage their technical expertise and creative insight to ensure projects meet client expectations, stay within budget, and comply with all applicable construction standards. Duties Lead the development of design concepts, ensuring alignment with client visions and project objectives. Prepare detailed construction documents using Autodesk Revit Oversee project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of milestones while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors through negotiation and clear communication to facilitate smooth project execution. Conduct construction estimating and budgeting to accurately forecast costs and resource requirements. Manage construction administration activities including site visits, quality control, and resolving on-site issues using tools like NavisWorks and Bluebeam. Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and engaging in client meetings to foster new opportunities. Utilize project management software to track progress, update schedules, and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Review contracts and scope of work to ensure compliance with legal standards and project specifications. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Architect on mid-size projects in strong design firms. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Rhino 3D (including Grasshopper 3D) and Navisworks is optional Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, contracts, budgeting practices, and renovation techniques. Excellent project management skills with experience in project scheduling, construction management, and contract negotiation. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively while maintaining attention to detail across all phases of design and construction. Familiarity with interior design principles as well as exterior architectural detailing. Exceptional communication skills for client interactions, team collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. A degree in Architecture; licensure or certification is preferred but not mandatory. Join us as a Project Architect where your expertise will help craft inspiring spaces that make a lasting impact!
