We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated registered Project Architect with a minimum of 10 years' experience preferred. In this role, you will lead the development and technical execution of medium to large-scale projects, with a focus on senior living, education, healthcare, and government sectors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong design and technical skills, leadership in project coordination, and a passion for crafting environments that enhance lives. The position requires the candidate to perform all architectural and technical tasks associated with assigned projects from concept through construction. This is inclusive of, but not limited to, the following: Key Responsibilities: Design & Technical Leadership: Oversee the architectural design development process, from schematic design through construction documentation and administration. Translate conceptual design into coordinated, buildable solutions that support design intent and meet performance criteria. Documentation & Detailing: Lead the creation and coordination of construction documents, specifications, and technical details. Ensure documentation complies with applicable codes, zoning regulations, ADA requirements, and internal QA standards. Project Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal design teams and external consultants-including structural, MEP, civil, and specialty disciplines-to en
