About the Role We are looking for Project-Based Labor Helpers to assist with:Assembling cardboard boxes and folding cartons Building promotional displays and packaging units Manual gluing, folding, taping, labeling Preparing products for shipment Assisting production and warehouse teams Keeping work areas clean and organized This is manual, hands-on work.You must be comfortable standing for long periods and working with materials like cardboard and printed pieces.This is a project-based position.Work will depend on production needs and active projects.This is not a guaranteed weekly schedule.What We're Looking For Strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Able to follow instructions Detail-oriented Comfortable with repetitive manual tasks Team player mindset No experience required -- but experience in warehouse, production, assembly, or manufacturing is a plus.Physical Requirements Comfortable standing for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive hand movements Job Type:Contract Pay:$14.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours:20 - 40 per week Benefits:On-the-job training Work Location:In person.
