Job Description
Job Title: Project Coordinator 2 Location: 100% Remote Duration: 3 months + Position Summary: Seeking a Project Coordinator to support the implementation of a new Disclosure Accounting function for Interplan programs. This role will focus on process documentation, reporting validation, and governance support, while partnering across Finance, Operations, Provider Services, and Vendor Management teams. This position plays a key role in building and scaling a new operational function, ensuring processes are well-defined, reporting is accurate, and governance structures are in place to support long-term success. Key Day to Day Responsibilities: Document and standardize Disclosure Accounting processes, including workflows, SOPs, and job aids. Validate and monitor reports and data accuracy, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution. Support development and execution of governance frameworks (risk logs, issue tracking, action items). Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Prepare status updates, reports, and executive-ready materials. Identify risks and process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and compliance. Provide support across Provider Services and Vendor Management, including reporting and performance tracking. Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through. Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables): 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, healthcare administration, or related field. Experience with governance frameworks, risk management, or compliance oversight. Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing and validating reports or data sets. Preferred Skills (nice to have): Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Experience documenting processes, creating SOPs, and supporting workflow standardization. Background supporting Provider Services or Vendor Management operations. Education Requirements: Must meet minimum requirements for position – Highschool Diploma. Software Skills Required: Microsoft Suite.
