Responsibilities Coordinate dealer website and marketing programs, ensuring seamless project execution. Create project plans and maintain timelines, keeping all stakeholders well-informed. Manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail and proactive communication. Facilitate solutions to issues with dealers promptly and efficiently. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager for proactive updates across teams. Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance program delivery. Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail. Proactive and self-motivated with the capability to adapt quickly to business needs. Proficiency in Excel, including functions like V-lookup and pivot tables. Dependable with a robust commitment to task follow-through. Preferred Skills Experience in project coordination or management in a marketing environment. Problem-solving skills with the ability to know when to seek assistance. A mindset geared towards continuous process improvement.
