Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team and drive the successful execution of various projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between employees, clients, subcontractors, vendors and architects fostering collaboration and maintaining project momentum. Responsibilities Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure clear direction and resource allocation Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and distribute action items promptly Manage project documentation including reports, schedules, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail Track project progress using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, updating stakeholders regularly experience in custruction software, especially Builtertrend Support team members with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management to keep projects on track Communicate effectively via phone systems, email, and in-person interactions while demonstrating excellent professionalism Hands on experience in carpentry, trim, mechanicals and vast knowledge in the construction home building process Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with QuickBooks, Buildtertrend or bookkeeping experience is a plus Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs Strong computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and general office software Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support experience in medical or dental reception settings preferred Experience managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling multi-line phone systems Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy Pay: From $30.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance Application Question(s): Do you have 10 years of in field hands on construction experience?
