We understand that our team is of foremost importance in our pursuit of excellence and we value team above all else.About The Role As a Project Coordinator, you will be a key link between customers, sales, installation crews, and management--ensuring every project runs on time, on budget, and with an exceptional client experience.This position is for our Windows, Doors, & Siding division, and covers both the Wytheville and Roanoke areas.What you'll do Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their project lifecycle.Coordinate project timelines, materials, and scheduling with installation crews and subcontractors.Track and update project status in company systems, ensuring accurate and timely information.Assist with permit applications, inspections, and compliance documentation.Work closely with sales, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless handoffs and excellent communication.Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering materials as needed.Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly project reports for management.Resolve scheduling conflicts and troubleshoot project delays as they arise.Maintain accurate records of all communications, changes, and approvals.Support process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.Cover both the Wytheville and Roanoke areas of service.Qualifications Required:2years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Preferred:Experience in the home improvement industry (windows, doors, siding, roofing, etc.).Knowledge of local permitting processes and building codes.Familiarity with CRM or construction management software (e.g., Leap, JobNimbus, Salesforce, etc.) Benefits Take-home company vehicle and gas card 401(k) up to 4% employer matching Health, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance PTO and 8 paid holidays Employee discount on roofing, gutters, repairs, solar, and windows The pay range for this role is:65,000 - 95,000 USD per year(Cenvar Residential Roanoke) 65,000 - 95,000 USD per year(Wytheville, Virginia).
