Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Cost Controller based in Texas. The Project Cost Controller will ensure effective monitoring and management of project budgets, including cost tracking, cost analysis, cost reporting and subcontractor invoice reconciliation. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project cost controls, preparing financial forecasts, collaborating with project teams to identify cost risks, and providing accurate financial data to support decision-making. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management to oversee project budgets and expenditures effectively Knowledge and experience in Cost Accounting and Finance to manage financial data and ensure accurate record-keeping Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risks, and inform decision-making processes Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Excel and cost management platforms Strong organizational and communication skills, alongside attention to detail Experience in high-impact industries such as construction, energy, or logistics is a plus
