Assists Automation team to find the ideal setup for the Factory flow Liaises with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimates the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Drafts and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Identifies and negotiates with other Internal functional areas for required personnel. Tracks project milestones and deliverables. Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Ensures correct information for quotations Cost Feasibility Cycle time estimation Efficiencies Machine and mold configuration Secondary packaging layout Projects or sub-projects Other duties as assigned What Makes You Great Education: Minimum 2-year degree (Associates) in related field or equivalent, 4-year degree (Bachelor) preferred Experience: 3 to 5 years experience as an Engineer in production is required, preferably within the pla
