Project Engineer II ? Millsboro, DE (On-site) ? $75,000 – $105,000 Base Salary About the Role We’re seeking a Project Engineer II to support the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects within a fast-paced food & beverage environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects from concept through completion while collaborating across teams and driving results on time and within budget. What You’ll Do Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors) to develop and execute project plans Define clear project scopes based on business needs and operational goals Lead engineering design, evaluation, and implementation of projects Manage construction, renovation, and capital projects from start to finish Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards Enforce and promote safety policies across all project activities Coordinate internal resources and manage project documentation and reporting Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers (Project Engineer I) Utilize tools like Microsoft Project to track timelines and deliverables What You Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or Agricultural ) 2–5 years of project engineering experience Poultry industry experience required ? Experience with AutoCAD and engineering design collaboration Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment Additional Details No travel required No management responsibilities U.S. work authorization required (no visa sponsorship available) Why This Role?
