Join us as a Project Engineer for the FBM Tactical team where you will be involved in planning and executing avionics work scope and program execution. Ensure that projects are completed on cost and schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, Integration and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility Ensure Engineering is coordinated across Program and suppliers Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education. 7+ years of professional engineering experience. Prior technical project leadership experience. Prior project management experience and Control Account Management (CAM) experience. Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope. Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree (engineering field or technical discipline preferred). Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very sophisticated problems and implement constructive change. Experience in project management principals (Cost/Schedule/Technical). Knowledge of program lifecycle and how early achievements may drive future costs.
