The Role The Built Multisites team are currently involved in multiple projects on a national scale ranging from $1M to $40M, with an enthusiastic PE invited to join the team immediately. You will play a big part in delivering detail-focused fitout projects for a range of well-known clients. Domestic travel will be necessary with an initial deployment to Brisbane for a 6-month period. The purpose of the role is to ensure the successful delivery of projects that satisfy the criteria of, safety, client satisfaction, quality, timeliness and margins. The role is also responsible for the application of innovative design and construct processes, tools and techniques to add value to clients. Your success here will be defined by the energy you bring to work every day. You’ll love what you do and you’ll have a “roll up your sleeves and get things done” approach. Here are the essentials you’ll need for this role: Tertiary Qualifications in Building/Construction Management or Civil Engineering At least 7-years’ experience working within the building and construction industry, ideally on complex and challenging Fitout projects Be quality focused and have the ability to assess risk Be able to show longevity with past employers and exemplary references Key Accountabilities Client/Stakeholder Relationships Profitability Project Planning and Delivery Industrial Relations Quality HSE Staff Management Key Skills & Experience: Professional Demonstrates ability to delegate, mentor and supervise Is a leader who demonstrates a preference for team building Has the ability to negotiate and influence outcomes Is quality focused and can assess risk Is prepared to question and consult Ensures conflict is managed appropriately Displays the ability to facilitate change and make decisions Inspires and enthuses their team by empowering and trusting them to deliver Basic contracts management knowledge Proficiency in project management and planning software, e.g. Aconex, MS Project, Jobpac Why Built?
