This is a highly visible role working cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Safety to bring major initiatives to life. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end capital projects (scope, budget, timeline, execution) Develop layouts, schedules, and installation plans using AutoCAD Drive project planning including cost analysis, equipment selection, and risk mitigation Manage vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers from sourcing through execution Oversee installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment and production lines Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment across operations, maintenance, and facilities Support ROI analysis, CapEx approvals, and post-project evaluations Monitor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to spec Ensure all projects meet safety and compliance standards What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field 2–5 years of capital project experience in manufacturing (food industry a plus) Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong Excel skills (MS Project/Visio a plus) Experience with production systems, processing equipment, or packaging lines Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
