Project Executive | High-Rise Construction Job type: Permanent Location: Tampa, FL A leading national GC is seeking a Project Executive to join the team in Tampa Bay. This position will play a key role on multimillion dollar landmark projects, as the firm continues to expand their presence in the Central Florida market. Key responsibilities of the Project Executive | High-Rise Construction include: Lead project teams through preconstruction, execution, and delivery phases Define and oversee project staff roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. Promote a strong safety culture by leading by example and ensuring full implementation and ongoing compliance with corporate safety programs. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including PMs, superintendents, and field crews. Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee preparation for quarterly management and financial review meetings in coordination with the operations manager. Key requirements of the Project Executive | High-Rise Construction include: Large-scale commercial or high-rise construction and design expertise. B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position. Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field. Strong understanding of all aspects of construction management, including safety, risk mitigation and control methods. Demonstrates exceptional business judgment by consistently delivering profitable outcomes and achieving successful project closeouts while maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
