🏥Job Title: Project Executive – Healthcare 🗺️Location: Sacramento, California 💰Salary: $240,000+ 🏗️The Role We are seeking a senior construction leader to oversee a dedicated healthcare market segment, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and exceptional client delivery. This role is ideal for an experienced executive who excels in complex healthcare environments, leads high-performing teams, and ensures consistently strong financial and project outcomes across a diverse portfolio. 🎯Day to Day Lead the healthcare market segment, driving strategy, pursuits, and long-term client relationships. Oversee multiple healthcare construction projects from start-up through turnover, ensuring top-tier safety, quality, and financial performance. Guide business development efforts, shaping pursuit strategies and supporting bid, pricing, and preconstruction activities. Conduct regular project health reviews and manage forecasting, reporting, and profitability. Mentor and develop high-performing teams, supporting recruitment, retention, and professional growth. Promote best practices including Lean, VDC, Sustainability, and other internal resources to enhance project delivery. Act as senior liaison for clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and quick issue resolution. ✅Requirements 15+ years of construction leadership experience with a strong healthcare focus. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Proven success managing large, complex, and simultaneous projects. Strong background in business development, pursuit strategy, and client engagement. Deep knowledge of preconstruction, risk mitigation, cost control, and healthcare regulations. Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams. OSHA 10, LEED AP, DBIA, or similar certifications preferred.
